We are seeking a Virtual Banking Representative to assist members and potential members with their Credit Union needs, including setting up new accounts, account maintenance and promoting products and services.

Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; High School Internships also available
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Must be comfortable being on camera at all times while servicing members and comfortable
Responsibilities & Role
- Opening and closing accounts, processing loan request
- Provide excellent member service and resolve inquiries
- Promote products and services to meet member needs
