About OnDeck
Student job search should be direct.
OnDeck brings early career opportunities together and presents them in a way that is easier to understand and act on. Internships, programs, and entry-level experiences are spread across the internet, and students are often left sorting through information that was not designed for them.
The problem
Students spend time searching for roles that are already filled, difficult to verify, or buried behind complicated application flows. Most job platforms were built for professionals with years of experience.
The product
OnDeck normalizes job data and turns noisy listings into fast, scannable pages with clear next steps. Listings are selected and organized to help students understand what a role is, who it is for, and how to apply.
The goal
Reduce search time, improve application confidence, and make student opportunity pages easier for Google to understand.
Hello, I'm Ellen
Founder and Product Lead
OnDeck grew out of personal experience navigating early career platforms that felt confusing and unreliable. After repeatedly running into outdated listings and unclear information, it became clear that students needed a better way to discover opportunities.
This platform was created to offer a clearer path and a more supportive starting point.
Built in St. Louis
OnDeck currently focuses exclusively on opportunities in the St. Louis area, with plans to expand soon to Lafayette, IN. The product is built to make early career access transparent and student-first.
