Requirements & Qualifications
- Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's, Master's, or Nursing program is required for internship eligibility
- Additional Qualifications
- Knowledge of confidentiality requirements related to mental health and substance use treatment services
Responsibilities & Role
- Observe and participate in treatment services under supervision
- Co-facilitate educational and recreational groups that promote client engagement, growth, and recovery
- Assist with identifying client needs, strengths, and challenges as part of the treatment process
