Recruiting & Sales Summer Internship The Future Leader is responsible for learning the three phases of business that Aerotek supports within a local operation. This includes Recruiting, Account Management and Field Support.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Future Leader must have strong business acumen as they will be interfacing with not only Aerotek
- Minimum Education/Experience/Skills: • Currently enrolled in college/university seeking a BA/BS degree
- Post available positions via internal database to increase candidate pool
Responsibilities & Role
- Train and learn Internship responsibilities with support of Account Manager
- Daily team meetings to discuss goals and game plan
