Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED desired but not required. Some college or technical school a plus
- Customer service experience, especially in similar venues or environments, is highly desirable
- Some technical experience in a similar venue, live theater venue, or general technical experience
- Operators must be available to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings
Responsibilities & Role
- Maintain a friendly and professional atmosphere, with an emphasis on high-quality guest experiences
- Proactively interact with guests about the venues and the Science Center
