About the Role
This position reports to the Director - SCU of OMFS and Vice Dean, Clinical Operations, Clinical Education & Community Partnerships. The OMFS Intern is responsible for performing various types of oral surgical procedures on patients under the supervision of OMFS faculty at MOSDOH (1500 Park), assuring high quality oral surgery services to patients of OMFS.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Must have knowledge of general dentistry
- Must have successfully completed D.D.S/ D.M.D from a CODA-approved US Dental School
- Must be articulate
- Two professional recommendation letters - one letter must be from OMFS faculty from their Dental School/ College
Responsibilities & Role
- Assist and attend all sedation-based OMFS cases
- Prepare and present a poster or oral presentation in a State or National level professional meeting
