About the Role
We are seeking a Member Service Advisor to assist members and potential members with their Credit Union needs, including teller transactions, setting up new accounts, account maintenance and promoting products and services.

Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; High School Internships also available
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Disclaimer : Must be able to work and travel to different credit union locations as determined by management
Responsibilities & Role
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Opening and closing accounts, and account maintenance
- Provide excellent member service and resolve inquiries
