About the Role
Support primary care providers by coordinating patient care and ensuring a positive patient experience. Support preventive care through screenings, care gap closure, referrals, and follow‑up scheduling.

Requirements & Qualifications
- MA Certification Not Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certification: Must obtain BLS certification within 90 days of hire
- Preferred Experience: 6 months of clinical healthcare experience, preferably in a primary care office
