Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in maintenance or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in property maintenance, construction, or a similar role is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods of time
