The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and repair operations of residential and/or commercial properties, ensuring the safety, functionality, and overall appearance of the property. Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or trade school a plus
- 2+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in property management or multi-family housing
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Responsibilities & Role
- Routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems and common areas
- Complete work orders in a timely manner for electrical
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests, including after-hours calls as needed
