Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- No previous experience required — we’ll train the right person
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Truck or van a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors in all weather
Responsibilities & Role
- Help with routine property maintenance such as trash pickup, painting, basic repairs, and cleaning
- Assist with landscaping, snow removal, and general upkeep of exterior areas
- Support the maintenance team with tools, materials, and setup during larger repair jobs
