About the Role
Maintain accurate service records and follow safety/environmental protocols. Maintain or obtain Missouri pesticide applicator and service technician licenses (we support training and renewal).

Requirements & Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, stoop, and work outdoors in varying weather
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and great communication skills—customers love our techs!
Responsibilities & Role
- Travel to residential and commercial customer homes in a company-provided, fully equipped vehicle
- Apply the correct amounts of fertilizer, herbicides, seeding, aeration, and pest control treatments
- Diagnose basic lawn issues and provide friendly, knowledgeable recommendations to our customers
