About the Role
In this role you will work directly for the HR Director to gain a unique and invaluable perspective across all HR functions. This position is in office at our St. Charles location and the hours are typically 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Requirements:Currently attending college/university to obtain human resources degree or related field
- Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner

- Assists with Associate orientation
- In this role you will work directly for the HR Director to gain a unique and invaluable perspective
- Assist with employee engagement activities such as touch base program and employee recognition
