Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience working with youth
- Bachelor’s degree
- A calm, confident presence —especially in stressful or emotional situations
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities & Role
- Live in a private, fully furnished all expenses paid home provided by One Hope United
- Serve as a positive, stable role model and caregiver for up to 4 youth
- Create a nurturing, family-style environment using our trauma-informed Trust Based Relational Intervention Model Maintains a therapeutic home environment. Interactions
