JOB TITLE: Self Program - Day program JOB CLASSIFICATION: Full time; Non-exempt JOB PURPOSE: Assist with the development, organization, and operations of the Self Day Services Program.

Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required, direct care experience supporting individuals
- Must have the ability to obtain a Class E Missouri license within 60 days of hire
- Must have the ability to continually walk or stand up to 3 hours and the ability to lift
- Full Time employees are eligible
Responsibilities & Role
- Work in a team environment for the day
- Implement a wide variety of cognitive
- Review Individual Support Plans and provide support in accordance with ISP
